Standard UPS Ground Shipping
Shipping charges are applied upon purchase. Orders can only be shipped to the Continental United States.

When will my order ship?
All orders are shipped within 1-3 business days after the order date regardless of the shipping method selected.
Shipping Times
Delivery will occur Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.
Please note that orders are shipped within 1-3 business days. If you need guaranteed date of delivery, please contact us via phone to check availability. Other restrictions may apply based on delivery location.
Orders are only processed and shipped Monday-Friday. If you place your order on Saturday, we will not process the order until the next business day (excluding federal holidays).
Returns & Exchanges
If you are not 100% satisfied with the quality of a product purchased from the Peppergrass & Tulip website or retail stores, you may return your product within 60 Days of purchase for a refund. Returns past 60 Days will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Product must be returned in new condition. We require proof of purchase in the form of a store receipt, website invoice, or packing slip to honor your refund. Order information can also be accessed with a provided Order Number. Product returned without proof of purchase will receive store credit equivalent to the last known selling price in the form of a Peppergrass & Tulip Gift Card.
Returns and exchanges can be performed in person or by shipping to our Peppergrass & Tulip retail location. If returning your product by mail, the shipment must be accompanied by a Return Authorization Form.
Original shipping charges applied to an order are non-refundable and return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is the result of a manufacturing defect.
Gift Returns
Gift returns are accepted within 60 Days of purchase at our Peppergrass & Tulip location and through our Returns Department. Product must be returned in new condition with a Gift Receipt. Gift recipients will receive store credit equal to the original purchase price, in the form of a Peppergrass & Tulip Gift Card.
Return Shipment Instructions
If you are returning a defective or damaged product, please contact us at 860-536-1516 or email us at support@peppergrassandtulip.store. A member of our team will provide you with a prepaid UPS electronic shipping label for your return.
If your return is a matter of preference, you are responsible for the return shipment. Please ship the product in its original packaging (if available) to the address below:

All returns must be accompanied by a completed Return Authorization Form.
Peppergrass & Tulip reserves the right to deny any return unaccompanied by a Return Authorization Form.
Exchange Policy
Product purchased directly from the Peppergrass & Tulip website or the Peppergrass & Tulip retail location can be exchanged within 60 Days of the original purchase date. Exchanges can be performed in person or by shipping to our Peppergrass & Tulip retail location.
Product must be returned in new condition to be considered eligible for exchange. Providing proof of purchase in the form of a store receipt, website invoice, or packing slip is the best way to ensure that you receive the full purchase value for your exchange. If proof of purchase is not available, exchange credit for the last known selling price of a given product will be provided.
Exchange Shipment Instructions
If you wish to send an exchange by mail, please complete the Peppergrass & Tulip Return Authorization Form and be sure to include it with your product shipment.
Shipping Costs
The cost of shipping the exchange to our retail store is the responsibility of the customer.
The replacement item shipping costs are also the responsibility of the customer.
Products returned to Peppergrass & Tulip for exchange will be processed by a member of our Returns Department within 3-5 days of being received. Please allow an additional 3-8 business days for the item being exchanged for to ship. (Stock product only).
